Do you remember this?

After seeing a post: Do you remember this? on Facebook accompanying a home ec kitchen from the 1960s, it occurred to me that I might have something that my fellow classmates might like: Cookie recipes that we made in this class.

Here is the first, in my handwriting - probably from seventh grade. I recently found this tucked away in another cookbook, and placed it in my scrapbook.
